Refund Policy

We would rather you understood this before you paid than argued about it afterwards, so it is short and specific.

Career counselling fee (₹150)

Fully refundable if we are unable to schedule your session within 14 days of receiving your payment.
Fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot.
Not refundable once the session has been conducted, or if you do not attend a confirmed slot without notice.

Course fees

Before the batch starts: full refund, less any payment gateway or transfer charges actually incurred.
Within 7 days of the batch start: 75% refund, provided fewer than three live sessions have been attended and no printed material has been dispatched.
After 7 days from the batch start: no refund, because seats are capped and faculty are committed for the full session.
Medical disqualification: if a DG Shipping approved medical examiner declares a student permanently unfit for the route they enrolled to prepare for, we will discuss a pro-rata refund or a transfer of the fee to a different course. Send us the medical report and we will deal with it fairly.

What is never refundable

Printed study material that has already been dispatched
Payment gateway, bank or transfer charges
Fees paid to third parties — IMU application fees, medical examination charges, college fees

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with, or WhatsApp +91 96362 63149, with your name, the course and the reason. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Disputes

If you think a refund decision is wrong, write to us and ask for it to be reviewed by the Program Director. We would rather resolve it directly than have you feel cheated.
